DCPro Parental Access is a secure portal that provides parents with a new and exciting way of connecting with their school.
DCPro parental access provides an online medium for parents to access and download their child’s progress reports, providing an easy access to documentation of relating to their child’s learning and development. It allows parents to keep a permanent record of their child’s progress.
Our application eases communication between school and parent, providing information such as attendance and school contact information. It provides parents with the ability to ascertain when documents are uploaded and by whom, this extra layer of communication aids in your child’s growth by expanding and identifying development needs.
- The ability to see on a regular basis any updates that you send out to parents about what you have observed in class.
- You can do this as frequently as you like, with parents/carers getting notifications when you upload something new for their child.
- Parents/carers can ‘Like’ posts that teachers upload and write back into the system with their own comments and observations from home.
- The learning Journey section on the APP allows all parents/carers to view and download their child’s learning journey online, saving time and money on printing and ink.
- An admin section lets schools know the levels of parental/carer engagement for each student, allowing them to focus on making sure every parent is engaging in their child’s learning.

Report Access
- Schools can now share their termly or end of year reports with parents and carers through the Parental APP.
- This feature allows parents/carers to access their child’s report instantly on their mobile device, as soon as the school publishes them.
- They will be able to download the reports from their device and can share the report with other family members who perhaps may have not been able to see school reports before as the family only had one printed copy sent home.
- Schools will no longer need to print off hundreds or thousands of pieces of paper an put them all in envelopes to send out. This will save big on money, and more importantly time.
